Popovy Dolls Summer Shoes are elegant miniature sandals created for Art dolls in 1:4 scale with flat feet. I designed this model for Popovy Sisters dolls, Anna Pushkina dolls, MarmiteSue dolls, Vasilek dolls, and other author dolls with a foot length of approximately 4.5 cm. These shoes add a light, refined accent and help complete a thoughtful doll look.

I make these miniature sandals from wax cord, which feels historical and looks like roman sandals. Moreover, gold branches gives the shoes a clean and airy appearance. I decorate the sandals with metal filigree, which adds a gentle decorative detail and a touch of elegance. In addition, I use a genuine brown leather sole and a beige leather insole. Because of this construction, the shoes keep their shape well and look realistic on the doll’s foot.

The sandals feature a flexible cord fastening. Thanks to this design, you can easily adjust the fit to different foot widths. Therefore, the shoes sit securely while still allowing soft adjustment. This makes them comfortable to use for posing, display, and doll photography. At the same time, the shoes are easy to put on and remove.

These Popovy Dolls Summer Shoes pair beautifully with dresses, skirts, and light seasonal outfits. Furthermore, they work especially well with romantic, classic, and vintage-inspired styles. Because of their neutral color, they combine easily with many doll wardrobes.
